These terms describe use of chattcg.shop and purchases from Chat TCG.
Using the website
By using this site, you agree to provide accurate checkout and contact details, respect other customers and the operation of the service, and avoid unauthorized access, misuse, or interference. Purchasers should be able to enter into a purchase under applicable law. If accounts are offered, protect your account access and tell us about suspected unauthorized use.
Products and collectible characteristics
Descriptions and images aim to identify products accurately, but packaging and manufacturer details can change. Trading cards may have differences in centering, corners, edges, surface, foiling, and print. Sealed products can contain randomized cards; no particular chase card, autograph, grade, resale value, or investment return is promised unless expressly stated in an individual listing. Third-party grading opinions and market prices can change.
Orders, price, and availability
Submitting an order does not itself guarantee acceptance or availability. Prices, promotions, taxes, and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to the order as displayed there. We may contact you about a material listing error or unavailable product before fulfillment and provide an appropriate resolution. Limited releases and allocated products may be subject to availability; any pre-order terms should be clearly stated on the product listing if offered.
Payment, shipping, returns
Payments are handled through checkout methods actually offered. See the Billing Terms, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Cancellation Policy for operational details. Those pages should be read together with these terms.
Content, brands, and third parties
Website text and original presentation should not be copied or exploited without permission. Product names, logos, and trademarks belonging to Pokémon, Panini, Topps, and others remain the property of their owners. Links or services supplied by third parties can be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Disputes, limitations, and changes
No website or service can be promised to operate without interruption. Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not override non-waivable consumer rights. These terms do not impose a forum, arbitration agreement, or governing-law clause without separate legal review. We may revise them; the version posted when you use the site should be reviewed.
