Where we deliver

We ship across the United States, including the 50 states and, where the carrier allows, P.O. Boxes and military addresses. We do not currently offer international checkout.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping is included on all orders. There is no minimum cart value.

Processing & delivery times

• Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Transit time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order ships.
• Order cut-off: 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on Sunday, are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery is typically 4–7 business days from the order date for most U.S. addresses. Carrier delays, weather, and peak holidays can add time.

Packaging

Singles ship in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or boxes. Sealed product ships in sturdy cartons with padding so boxes and wax stay collector-ready.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page or email us with your order number.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship. Extra carrier fees may apply on a reshipment caused by a customer address error.

Lost or stalled packages

If tracking has not moved for several business days, email contact@chattcg.shop. We will open a carrier inquiry and replace or refund the order if the carrier confirms loss.
