The store

The site is operated by Chat TCG LLC / Chat TCG GROUP LLC, 66-73 69th St #1, Middle Village, NY 11379, United States. We sell collectible trading cards and related sealed product, including basketball, soccer, baseball, and football cards from brands such as Panini, Topps, and Pokémon.

Collector products

• Photos are examples of the product line. For singles, the listing description and condition notes control.
• Sealed wax, boxes, and packs are random. We do not guarantee specific pulls, autographs, or numbered cards.
• Market value of collectibles can change. Price paid is for the item as listed, not a future value.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we issue a full refund.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account login. You may not abuse the site, scrape it, interfere with checkout, or use it for unlawful activity.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chat TCG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
