Currency & prices

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will cancel the order with a full refund if the item cannot be sold at the listed price.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated by Shopify at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax rules. The total you approve includes tax when it applies.

Payment

We accept the payment methods enabled at checkout (major credit and debit cards and any wallets Shopify displays). By submitting an order you authorize Chat TCG and its processors to charge the full order total.

Failed or flagged payments

If a charge is declined or flagged for review, the order is held. We may ask for verification. Orders we cannot verify may be cancelled at no cost to you.

Refunds & chargebacks

Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy and go to the original payment method. If something is wrong with an order, email us first at contact@chattcg.shop. Chargebacks should be a last step; we respond to disputes with shipment and communication records.

Promotions

Discount codes cannot be applied after checkout unless we agree in writing. One code per order unless a campaign says otherwise.
