This policy is issued by Chat TCG LLC and Chat TCG GROUP LLC (“Chat TCG”, “we”, “us”). We operate the online store https://chattcg.shop/ and sell authentic collectible trading cards across the United States.

- Payment data: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Account & support data: messages you send to contact@chattcg.shop or by phone.

How we use your information
- To confirm, pack, ship, and support your order.
- To prevent fraud and keep the checkout secure.
- To improve the store, collections, and customer experience.
- To send order updates. Marketing emails are sent only where allowed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted processors who need it to run the store: Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, and fraud-prevention tools. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Children
Chat TCG is a general-audience collector store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
