How tracking works

• Orders are packed in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
• A tracking email goes out as soon as the label is created.
• Transit is usually 3–5 business days inside the United States.

No tracking yet?

If you ordered after 2:00 PM CST, on Sunday, or on a holiday, handling starts the next business day. If more than 2 business days have passed and you still have no tracking, email us.

Tracking stuck?

Carrier scans can lag. If the status has not changed for 3 business days after the first scan, we will open a trace and, if the package is lost, replace or refund the order.
