Cancel before shipment

Email contact@chattcg.shop as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been packed or handed to the carrier, we will cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping (which is already free).

After the order ships

We cannot pull a package back once it is in transit. You may refuse the delivery or use our 90-day Return & Refund Policy after it arrives.

Cancellations by Chat TCG

We may cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot ship to the address provided. You will be notified by email and refunded in full if a charge was captured.

How refunds are issued

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Most card refunds appear within 7 business days after we process them.
