Here is how Chat TCG handles shipping estimates and delivery questions for U.S. orders.
Shipping timeline
Handling time is 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Estimated transit time after shipment is 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday. The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing the next business day. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Confirmation and tracking
When tracking is available, use the shipment confirmation and carrier link provided for your order. Tracking events can take time to appear after a shipping notice. Keep the order number handy when contacting support. For more guidance, see Track Your Order.
Addresses and delivery exceptions
Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If it needs correction, contact us immediately with your order number; a change cannot always be made after processing. Delivery can be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, local disruptions, or an incomplete address. We will help review the information available for a delayed or exceptional shipment, without guaranteeing a carrier outcome.
Lost, delivered, or damaged parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery location and address and ask household members or building staff before contacting us. If an order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email the order number and clear photos of the box and contents to contact@chattcg.shop. If tracking stalls or a parcel appears lost, email us so we can review the shipment details.
