Prices, currency, and charges
The checkout displays the currency and available payment methods for your transaction. Review item prices, applicable taxes, shipping costs, discounts, and the total before authorizing payment. We do not list specific card brands or processors here because the live checkout configuration must be verified.
Authorization and failed payments
Submitting payment authorizes the displayed order charge through the method you select. A payment that fails, expires, or is declined may require another payment attempt. An authorization hold can appear separately from a completed charge; your financial institution can explain how it displays pending activity. We may review unusual transactions to protect customers and the store, and may contact you for appropriate verification without asking for a password by email.
Errors, duplicate charges, and price changes
If you believe you were charged twice or see an incorrect amount, email your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. Prices can change for future orders; a change does not silently alter a completed order. If a material pricing mistake affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact you about the available resolution.
Refunds and billing disputes
Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days after return inspection, with additional posting time possible at the financial institution. See the Refund & Returns Policy. Contact us promptly about a charge you do not recognize. You may also contact your financial institution about its dispute process. We will review order and payment records in response to a legitimate billing inquiry.
